Jitendra Agrawal

A senior executive with over twenty years of leadership experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional operations across Asia, Europe, the USA and Africa. Founder of Equisculpt Novem Fund and research analyst to the fund - working alongside the Dewberry investment-management team - with a reputation built on integrity, transparency and disciplined decision-making. His expertise spans structured operational governance, risk identification and mitigation, and due diligence of counterparties.

Milin Raijada

Fifteen years in equity markets. Founder of Equisculpt Ventures, the independent Indian advisory firm whose anchor-IPO and pre-IPO sourcing record sits behind the fund’s strategy and is published deal-by-deal, including losses. He leads investor relations and distribution partnerships for the fund outside India - placement agents, external asset managers, private banks and family offices - and is the point of contact for allocators conducting diligence.

Mithilesh Soobarah

Fourteen years’ experience, thirteen in investment management, with a track record of investing into emerging markets. His work spans setting up investment funds, portfolio construction and investment advisory for institutional clients. He serves as an independent director on several offshore investment funds and an advisory firm.

Devendra Seebaluck

More than twenty years in financial services across equity trading, asset management, wealth management and portfolio construction. Devendra is a fund manager for funds investing primarily in India, bringing direct execution experience in the markets the fund operates in.

Maariyah Bahemia-Hossany

Over twenty years in the international financial services sector, including roles in Bermuda with Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch and Arthur Morris Christensen, having begun her career with Multiconsult and Standard Bank Trust. She brings deep cross-border fiduciary and trust expertise to the firm’s governance.

Amal Autar

A seasoned professional and leader in the Global Business and Trust industry in Mauritius, with twenty-five years’ expertise including over ten at senior leadership level. He advises corporates and high-net-worth clients on international structuring, trust and estate planning, and was instrumental in establishing Cantilever Family International in Mauritius, where he continues to serve as Director.
